1. You pay us a service fee and submit your recovery request. The introductory service fee is 199.00 99.00 . The service fee is subject to change without notice. 2. We use our data center to break the password. It will take up to 100 hours (4 days).

3. If the password is found, we will send it to you. If we fail to find the password within 100 hours, we will fully refund your order.
