• the file "support.txt" from TrafMeter Service startup folder
  (by default, c:\program files\TrafMeter\support.txt)
• application logs of TrafMeter Service
  (by default, c:\program files\TrafMeter\Logs\Log*.txt)
• your filterset
  (by default, c:\program files\TrafMeter\FilterSets\default.tmf)
• any additional information about your network will be useful as well
