This demo is available FREE of charge and is meant for EVALUATING Express Recovery; therefore, please prepare a special document (Word or Excel) for the testing. If you want to try password recovery on a Word document, include the string "LastBitTest" in it. The document can have any content, the string "LastBitTest" is to be present in the text, at any place in it. If you want to test an Excel document, set the title of one worksheet to "LastBitTest". The document can contain any number of worksheets with any content; just one of the worksheets must be named "LastBitTest" (to rename a worksheet, right-click on it, then select the Rename item on the menu that appears, and then enter LastBitTest). The size of the document should not exceed one megabyte (no restrictions on the size or content are set in the premium version).
 

1. Set a password to open on your document; the password can be of any length and complexity - Express Recovery can open any document within a minute, regardless of the length and complexity of the password. Make sure to have set password to open only; Online Password Recovery Demo works with passwords to open only. Passwords of other types in Word and Excel are weak and can be cracked instantly with our software. However, this version of Online Password Recovery Demo demonstrates just the hardest thing - cracking documents protected with a password to open.
    

2. Submit the prepared document using the form at the bottom of this page. You will need to enter your e-mail address.
    

3. We will open your document and send the document without a password to your e-mail address.
    

4. A small percentage of Excel documents (about 3%) cannot be recovered by Express Recovery; to recover those, we use the Guaranteed Recovery. If your document appears among these 3%, we will send you the result within 48 hours.
    

5. In the premium mode, Express Recovery takes only one minute; however, in the demo mode it runs slower. Express Recovery causes essential resource consumption; therefore, in the free demo mode Express Recovery runs slower. You should obtain the result within a half an hour; however, if our data center is loaded heavily, the job can take up to a day.
    

6. If the document does not contain the string "LastBitTest", we will send you only the first characters of the document. Password recovery is a very resource-intensive job; we cannot afford working unpaid.

Please keep in mind:

• Express Recovery works with passwords to open only. Passwords of other types in Word and Excel, as well as passwords to open in very old documents (Office 95 and older) are not challenging and can be cracked instantly with our software.
